This is a space to embrace your inner wildness through art and movement.

Explore something that’s alive in you… it might be a creative project… or something that’s causing you pain in your life, such as a relationship issue, money anxiety or overwhelm.

During the Wild Playdance you can paint, write, dance and find your deeper truths.

There will also be space to connect and integrate.

Note: No experience of dance or art is necessary. Art materials are provided.

This is an event designed for adults.
