What is Routine Revolution?

Routine Revolution is an online or 1-1 mentoring course that’ll help you put new practices into place for changes that you’ve been wanting to make for weeks, months or maybe even years. You’ll create more time and space in your routine as well as break addictive, time-stealing habits. You’ll be able to set up new habits that truly feed your soul, soothe the mental chatter, anxieties, negative talk and running to-do lists.

I know you don’t have much time right now and you may feel overwhelmed, so this course is designed to be built into your existing day. And in fact, all of what we’ll do can be done in an hour a week.

How much time do I need (my life is packed as it is)?

For the online programme, you only need about an hour a week and we’ll find that time and more for you in the Habit Houdini Bonus

What does each week involve?

Routine Revolution is a 12 -week program and every week we’ll bring our focus to a different area of your life for exploration, healing and transformation.

In the non-rest weeks, you’ll get a video, meditation and guided journalling session on our weekly theme. There are 3 rest weeks, Week 4, week 8 and week 12 during which we do a Group Coaching call where you’ll get all your questions answered. 

If you’re on the Mentoring Option, you’ll also get your tailored, personal coaching call on the weekly theme.

What support will I get?

In the Online Programme you’ll get all the videos, meditations and guided journalling sessions, plus:

  • A one hour group coaching call and Q&A with Emma every four weeks during the 12 weeks of the course (plus a bonus call afterwards within a month of the course finishing, for extra follow-up support)
  • Access to the Routine Revolution Community (both on the website, and in Facebook, depending on your preference – or you can use both).

So you can meet with a small and supportive group of like-minded souls who are on this journey with you (it won’t be a crazy, big social media group where you don’t get to know anyone!)

In the Online Programme + Mentoring, you’ll get all of the above, plus:

  • An hour personal, one-to-one coaching session every ‘active’ week with Emma, plus a bonus follow-up one hour coaching call with Emma within a month of the course finishing (10 total)
  • Access to a Private Community for Mentorees
When does the course start?

You’ll have access to the Bonus materials, Week 1 of the course and the community from Friday 24 January 2020, 12pm GMT.
And if you’re unhappy for any reason, you can have a full, no-quibble refund within 14 days of your purchase**.

**If the course starts within your 14 days and you have had access to One-to-One Coaching sessions, you would need to pay the usual cost of £75 a session for those, which would be deducted from your refund.
What if I fall behind?

It can be nice to join the weekly momentum, but it’s highly likely that you will find others in the community taking it at a slower pace… so just feel into what works for you.

You’ll have access to the course materials and community for a year and you can download all the weekly meditations and guided journaling sessions, so they’re yours to keep and repeat forever. 

How do the calls work?


Group coaching calls will be at a set time in the Group Coaching weeks using Zoom Webinar (you can download the Zoom App for free, or access on your web browseer). You can submit questions in advance and watch the replays too as well as taking part.

There will be a one 1 hour Group Coaching and Q&A Call every four weeks (plus a bonus call once the course has ended).

There will be an additional more private Group Coaching and Q&A calls for Mentorees (you will be emailed about this separately).


For One-to-One Coaching calls (Mentorees), when you book, we’ll find a regular weekly coaching slot that works for both of us and matches both our time zones (I am London GMT).

If you need to reschedule a week because of a commitment, no worries, we’ll just find a suitable time.

We can do calls on Zoom, Skype, over the phone or even in person if we’re close by to each other (I work out of Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge, United Kingdom).

Bonus Calls After the Course

You’re still supported after the 12 weeks!

A month after the course finishes, we’ll have another one hour Group Coaching Call and Q&A (open to everyone from the online programme and Mentorees).

We get to learn together, gaining new insights from each other’s challenges and breakthroughs. We’ll look at some extra steps for really grounding in these new and profound changes in your life.

You’ll also still have access to the community which will continue for a long time too, so you don’t have to lose touch with your new tribe!

MENTOREES: You’ll also have a bonus one-to-one 1 hour coaching call with me within a month of the course finishing.
