Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or ‘tapping’ has been scientifically shown to reduce anxiety, depression and PTSD.

When combined with other techniques and used intuitively, it can become even more deeply effective at creating shifts in our thinking and well-being.

This includes combining EFT with dance or art.

We’ll work with whatever is alive and what’s causing you stress and overwhelm (to do list, business, relationships…).

This is a pop-up and short notice session, so I have no idea how many people will attend… Maybe you’ll get one-on-one support for free! Who knows!

The session will be recorded (unless it ends up being a one to one), but participant screens will not be recorded, and you can also join with your screen off.

You can attend for free (particularly if money is short right now) or if it would bring you joy, please leave a small donation to support survivors of trauma.

Just choose whichever button feels right for you. They really is no right or wrong.

Join for free or donate if that brings you joy

All the proceeds will go to supporting survivors of trauma.

There really is no right or wrong, just whatever feels right to you…

Emma, Director and Coach at Love and Play Universe

It’s like a weekly reset.

I’m quite a cerebral person generally, but with Emma’s sessions I enjoy letting my mind take a rest while my body does whatever it wants.

I don’t think I’ve danced like that since I was 16!

A highlight for me was just discovering the free movement. I didn’t really ever do that. I rediscovered the child who used to like being a tree when no one else was watching.

A day or two after the session, I feel a shift in my outlook or how I feel.  I don’t question or analyse it, I just enjoy it!

The space is very open, very welcoming, very non-judging, very non-labelling, very unlike anything I’ve done before and clearly has helped me in areas that were not getting helped by other techniques.

In the national UK magazine, Juno:

“I found Emma from Love and Play Universe and I saw the myriad in which she could help me.

I have had one-to-one coaching sessions and group sessions with her remotely since May 2021, and my outlook on all things has shifted. I describe the changes as spiritual, loving and conscious.”
