MORNING: Community Dance for the Earth (all ages)

When: Sunday 10 May 2020, 11-12pm

Where: Over Zoom, dance indoors or outdoors!

Join us in celebrating our love for the Earth through dance, while at the same raising money for The Rainforest Foundation and The Wildlife Trusts.

We’ll travel around the world – to the African savanna, into rainforests and under the sea… and through dance we’ll express what we find.

This event combines play, music and dance for both adults and children (and you don’t need to have children to take part – this dance is for everyone!)

You’ll find well-loved, family movie tracks in the playlist that match our Earth theme, for both adults and children to enjoy.

Please also have to hand some paper, pencils, pens or other art materials, as there will also be invitations to express our love for the Earth through art as we dance.

All ages and members of the community welcome.

Sunday 10 May, 2-4pm

Where: Zoom (dance indoors or outdoors)

Dance to inspiring music and join together with others who are passionate to make a difference for the Earth through loving and hopeful action.

You’ll experience different forms of meditation, including dance meditation and HeartMath meditation, with inspiring tracks from around the world and live piano from pianist and composer, James Southwick.

We’ll explore our relationship with the Earth using creative techniques to discover our blocks, hopes and dreams when it comes to taking action.

And we’ll spend time in this session meeting each other and exploring how we can move forwards together, as individuals and as a community, to inspire others and change the course of our future.
